Usability

Web Strategy is currently working to establish an independent group for the sole purpose of usability studies. Based on the principles established by Jacob Nielsen, this group is intended to conduct usability tests and provide feedback for UCF and private clients alike. A future partnership with McGraw-Hill is being negotiated, as well as a full-scale Morae enabled testing suite.
